What type of jewellery do you sell?
We offer a curated collection of imitation and fashion jewellery, including earrings,
bangles, rings, necklaces and other jewellery pieces.
Is your jewellery real gold or silver?
No. Our products are imitation/fashion jewellery unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the product description.
How can I choose the correct ring size?
Please refer to our Ring Size Guide before placing your order. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll be happy to guide you.
How can I choose the correct bangle size?
Please refer to our Bangle Size Guide for easy measuring instructions.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are processed quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you offer returns?
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference or any other personal preference.
If you receive a wrong or damaged product, please contact us immediately and follow our Return & Exchange Policy.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, size issues or personal preference.
In case you receive a wrong or damaged product, we may provide a replacement after verification.
Do you provide refunds?
No, we do not offer monetary refunds.
For an eligible wrong or damaged product, a replacement may be provided after verification.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please record a complete, continuous unboxing video from the moment the package is unopened until the product is completely removed and inspected.
The video should clearly show:
- The unopened package
- Shipping label
- Opening of the package
- The product received
- The damage or incorrect product
Without a complete unboxing video, we may not be able to approve a replacement.
What if I don't have an unboxing video?
Unfortunately, we may not be able to process a damage/wrong-product claim without a complete unboxing video.
How should I store my jewellery?
Keep jewellery away from water, perfume, cosmetics, sweat and chemicals. Store each piece separately in a dry, airtight pouch or box.
