Return & Exchange Policy

At 97pehnava Jewels, every order is packed with care and checked before dispatch.

Because our jewellery is carefully packed and handled, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, styling preference or any other personal preference.

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product, or
• A product different from the one you ordered,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Complete Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

To make a claim for a damaged or wrong product, you must have a complete and continuous unboxing video.

The video must clearly show:

1. The unopened package.
2. The shipping label.
3. The package being opened.
4. The contents being removed.
5. The complete product received.
6. The damage or mismatch.

The video should be continuous and unedited so that the condition of the package and product can be verified.

No Unboxing Video = No Claim

A photograph or video recorded after the package has already been opened may not be sufficient to establish damage during transit.

Claims without a complete unboxing video may not be accepted.

No Monetary Refunds

97pehnava Jewels does not offer monetary refunds.

If your claim is approved after verification, we may provide a replacement of the affected product, subject to availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an alternative resolution at our discretion.

Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

The following are not eligible:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect ring/bangle size selected by the customer
• Colour preference
• Design preference
• Product no longer required
• Minor variations in colour due to screen/display settings
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused after delivery
• Damage caused by water, perfume, sweat or chemicals
• Jewellery damaged due to improper handling or storage
